Some chick is trying to tell me anorexia is beautiful because they put as much effort into their bodies as body builders. and i told her she's fucked, for one because it's awful and unhealthy. and i said that body building wasn't a disease. she laughed and said yes it is google your shit. I found nothing on google about it being a disease. so.. I'm asking you yahoo. is body building a disease?....I couldn't find any rehab places for it....

Can I go to gym 5 months after humerus fracture? Full power?
Am 17. It was 26th March this year. The doctors were good but they never seen spiral fracture (note that this is not happening everyday in my country) so I got plate, screws(7 i think) and something else, don't know what it's name on english, but its blocking my triceps, lowers heads. Anyway, I was going to gym before fracture and gained around 40 pounds in 8 months (without supplementation or steroids, hardcore mass training :). Anyhow, its been 5 months and 10 days since fracture, and two months ago (7th july) I was on checkup, X-ray etc, fracture was completely healed. So I wonder, can I hit the gym again (few yrs back doc told me I have lower bone density, but I don't go on sun much so can vitamin D help along with calcium). I cannot train triceps because of that "loop", but I would then completely devote to back and biceps. Can I? Also I wonder can screws unscrew with bicep/back training.Heh, I write this much because docs frightened me, they never saw spiral fracture, told I could lose motion in my entire arm for good :S, but I really like bodybuilding, and these 5 months, I am only sitting and getting fat:(.

I am currently training to become a professional wrestler as more of a hobby than a job. Is there anyone with acting, bodybuilding, or public speaking that can give me some pointers?For acting: I want to be able to make it "in your face" rather than "I fell down" or "I can put on a good show."
For Bodybuilding: I want to be as big and as fit as I can be.
For public speaking: I want to be able to rally the crowd and really get everyone into it.

Getting ripped bodybuilding Meal?
Hey!i made my daily meal i would like some feed back on it. i workout 4 days a week also i am not looking into getting big i just want lean muscle.
will here it is. what you guys think about it.? also i am vegeterian so i am getting my protein mostly from protein powder.
7:00AM- Oatmeal with water,, omega flax seeds crushed, protein powder all mixed.
8:00AM- Gym
9:00-9:30AM- Protein shake with Banana ( post workout meal)
12:00PM- Vegetables: Broccoli,Spinach,Carrots And 2 Fruits all mixed in.
3:00PM Whole Cerial with Milk, Omega flax seeds crushed,raisins, protein powder all mixed.
6:00PM Peanut butter jelly sandwich with milk and some broccoli
9:00PM Protein shake with water
and then Sunday is cheat day i eat whatever ;)
Tell me if it needs more work or no. i am a skinny fat guy meaning i am thin but have some belly.
i am trying to lose fat and gain muscles same time. i know its super hard but ill give it a try.

ok has anyone used BSN bodybuilding supplement's. Any of the product's i'm thinking of trying BSN but i'm not big fan of bodybuilding supplement's. I wanna know if the stuff really work's. like post- workout and pre-work even the protein powder's. In the past i've used USPlabs product's but i found it didnt work for me. So after that i kinder gave up on the bodybuilding supplement's cause its all the same they all say there product's are better then the next one market.Question #14:

I ordered a product from a major online website ("bodybuilding.com") about a month ago. I am in contact with them through E-mail and they have said "your order is currently experiencing customs delays due to the inspection process".My question is, how long could this take? My boyfriend of 5 years claims that he loves me but at the same time I know he hides certain things from me. He would never admit that he secretly watches other girls online especially those who have muscular, fit bodies. He would watch videos, pay for subscriptions and so on. I told him that I don't really like it as it make me feel a bit insecure. He said he will never do it again but I know he still does it. Each time I talk to him about it he says that I shouldn't mind, that bodybuilding is his passion and he likes just watching;nothing else. He said that if I exercise he won't have a reason to look elsewhere. I started exercising and I'm fit as well but it doesn't seem to stop him from watching other girls. Bodybuilding: How much Protein is enough?
Simple question.. I work out and I'm building muscle. I have been working out for over 4 years but only the last 18 months have I taken it seriously - which I have seen make a big difference. I've gained 10kg of weight mostly muscle, but anyway.. I just want to know what gym grunters think about the required amount of protein. My PT is asking me to get around 160-180g a day.. I weigh 90kg. Is this excessive? Surely I can still grow muscle getting 130-140g a day. (which is currently what I get).Question #17:

I just started trying to do this 6 meals a day thing but i dont know if i am doing it correctly. Though as you can see i have 7 meals listed. I also need to know which meal would be ok to skip (just not my dinner though, its disrespectful in our household not to eat what the parents have cooked). Also as you can see i use canned meat for lunch, its much more compatible with my busy lifestyle. So please tweak my plan or just give me some useful tips.
